3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with us. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Edu Vortex. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

4.2 Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically due before service delivery
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before may receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before may not be eligible for refunds
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Equipment and Property

5.1 Care of Equipment

When renting our equipment, you agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Handle equipment with reasonable care
• Protect equipment from damage, theft, or misuse
• Not attempt repairs or modifications
• Report any issues immediately

5.2 Liability for Damage

You are responsible for any damage to our equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at current market rates.

5.3 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for equipment rentals. This deposit will be refunded after successful return of equipment in good condition.

6. Venue Requirements

For equipment delivery and setup, you must ensure:

• Adequate space and access for equipment
• Appropriate electrical power supply
• Safe and secure environment
• Clear access for delivery and pickup
• Compliance with all local regulations

7. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe use of all equipment
• Adequate supervision of equipment users
• Compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
• Immediate reporting of any safety concerns

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Edu Vortex or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
